Professional: Admitted as a Solicitor (1991);
Associate of the Irish Taxation Institute.
Miriam Delaney is a partner in the Corporate & Commercial Department where she advises on mergers & acquisitions, banking & finance, general corporate law and tax law. She is also head of the firm’s compliance and corporate governance division. Miriam joined the firm in 1988 and became a partner in 1994. For many years she was the Law Society representative on the Revenue Commissioner’s TALC audit subcommittee, serving as its Chairperson in 1999.
